Silver Linings completely renovated our kitchen and significantly updated both of our bathrooms. We have undertaken a number of home renovations in the past. This one was comparatively one of the best. It was, amazingly, completed pretty much on time. Everyone of Lisa's (the owner and hands on manager) subcontractors was very professional and very skilled. She coorinated their involvement very well. Lisa offered many suggestions for materials, most of which we followed and....most important of all we love the finished product.

Lisa was amazing! Her passion for helping really shows in her designs. She was always aware of ways to keep the cost down when it came to renovation desicions. I would recomend Lisa to anyone!

Lisa and I completed my project during Covid-19 via phone and texting versus “ on site” assessing my condo, which related to barriers we later discovered, e. g. Heat run placement, etc. which affected initial kitchen design. I really think it would of been best to have her come and get “feel” of condo and “see” each other face to face versus via phone, emails, etc. Overall, Lisa was very engaging, fun to talk to and easy and open to bounce ideas off of. She was considerate of my needs and budget.

Lisa and her crews remodeled our kitchen and great room. We are totally pleased with every aspect of the work, and have received tons of compliments. We have had several gatherings since it was finished, and the space worked out so well with plenty of room in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas for our guests. Before the remodel, the kitchen was congested and cramped. Now the whole room has an open, airy feel. Somehow Lisa created more space in the entire area which is especially apparent in the kitchen when several "chefs" are working. We are already planning to have Lisa renovate our master bathroom and bedroom. All of Lisa's subcontractors were excellent. Lisa attends to every detail and makes sure everything is perfect. She is creative and fun to work with, while being mindful of our budget. The entire project took only two months from a complete gutting to a beautifully designed and highly functional kitchen. We highly recommend Lisa Beach and Silver Lining and we look forward to working with them again.

Lisa and her team did an amazing job on my kitchen and bath remodel. All her contractors were top notch, and she did a great job coordinating it all and providing the design input. Without her I'd probably still be wandering around the tile store overwhelmed :). I highly recommend Silver Lining and Lisa Beach!
