  • Lisa and I completed my project during Covid-19 via phone and texting versus “ on site” assessing my condo, which related to barriers we later discovered, e. g. Heat run placement, etc. which affected initial kitchen design. I really think it would of been best to have her come and get “feel” of condo and “see” each other face to face versus via phone, emails, etc. Overall, Lisa was very engaging, fun to talk to and easy and open to bounce ideas off of. She was considerate of my needs and budget.

  • Silver Linings completely renovated our kitchen and significantly updated both of our bathrooms. We have undertaken a number of home renovations in the past. This one was comparatively one of the best. It was, amazingly, completed pretty much on time. Everyone of Lisa's (the owner and hands on manager) subcontractors was very professional and very skilled. She coorinated their involvement very well. Lisa offered many suggestions for materials, most of which we followed and....most important of all we love the finished product.
